Mike Cavers, Executive Creative Director – The Marketing Store

As one of the most highly awarded and respected integrated Creative Directors in the industry, Cavers joined The Marketing Store in April 2009 as Executive Creative Director.
With an extensive career history which spans start ups to established agencies, Cavers has not only helped build agencies but has also helped place them as creative leaders in their field.
Cavers is passionate about creative ideas and is a creative strategist who really understands marketing problems and how to bring a brand alive at multiple touch points.
Cavers joined The Marketing Store from Chemistry, where he helped the agency raise its creative profile winning many awards, including the ISP Grand Prix and ISP Agency of the Year in 2008, as well as playing a major role in winning the Orange, Emirates and Tassimo accounts for the agency.
Cavers has a strong track record in building successful integrated creative operations across multiple disciplines, and was part of the management team who built Publicis Dialog from a start-up of 20 people to a top 10 integrated agency of 160.
Whilst at Publicic Dialog, the agency’s creative output won a Cannes Lion and a D&AD gold pencil, as well as winning the DMA Grand Prix in 2003 and the Precision Marketing Awards Grand Prix in 2004.
Prior to Publicis Dialog Cavers was European Creative Director Integration at TBWA/H Amsterdam following the merger of Payne Stracey into Tequila in the UK.
He was also a Founding Partner of Limbo, BBH’s below the line agency where he secured over 80 awards for both creative excellence and effectiveness.
His was previously been on the judging panel for the DMA Awards, ISP Awards, Caples Awards and the MCCA’s Best Awards.
Cavers is a member of D&AD, a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
